She established her reputation as a whistleblower in connection with her work at Lawrence Livermore.

Moret currently studies and publicizes the adverse health effects of radiation exposure and how radiation moves through the environment. She criticizes the continued use of depleted uranium and contributed to the United Nations sub-commission that investigated the topic in detail. Collaborating with other researchers such as Dr. Hari Sharma, she has analyzed the tissue samples of 70 residents of Basra who died from exposure to DU as a result of the Gulf War.

Secret Weather Weapons Can Kill Millions, Warns Top Russian Politician

A top Duma political leader caused shock waves in a recent television interview when he warned that Russia could deploy an arsenal of new technology to “destroy any part of the planet” and kill over a hundred million people using secret weather weapons if the United States, the UN or Georgia tried to stop Russia’s entry into the WTO.

Vladimir Zhirinovsky is Vice-Chairman of the Russian State Duma and leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR), the first officially sanctioned opposition party after the fall of communism. The LDPR has deep links with the former KGB and Communist Party and has become a significant force in Russian politics, despite Zhirinovsky himself being branded as a militant neo-fascist.

According to a translation provided by a Russian speaker, during the interview Zhirinovsky went off on a bizarre tangent after he was asked how Russia should treat countries like Georgia and the United States who try and block Russia’s entry into the World Trade Organization.

Saying that the American government in Washington DC had “no future” and would “collapse,” Zhirinovsky cited Russia’s supremacy in space and stated that the country had, “Lots of money, resources, and new weapons that no one knows about.”

“With them we will destroy any part of the planet within 15 minutes,” he sensationally warned.

“Not an explosion, not a ray burst, not some kind of laser, not lightning, but a quiet and peaceful weapon,” added Zhirinovsky, warning that “whole continents will be put to sleep forever” and that “120 million will die” if anyone interfered with Russia’s claim on the Kuril Islands, which are the subject of a territorial dispute with Japan.

The female presenter of the news program smirked as he made the comments, but Zhirinovsky’s manner was far from jovial.

Zhirinovsky made reference to the recent tsunami in Japan, suggesting that the “new weapons” to which he refers are related to weather control technology, which has been intensely studied by both the U.S. and Russia since the 1950′s and is commonly used today.

Threatening to annex Georgia completely, Zhirinovsky warned, “And then there will be another tsunami, on the other side of the planet, in the Caucasus. Zhirinovsky’s reference to the Kuril Islands in connection with the devastating tsunami that hit Japan in March is a not so subtle suggestion that Russia had something to do with causing the natural disaster that killed thousands, led to the Fukushima crisis and threatened to derail Japan’s economic recovery.

 

Zhirinovsky also warned of a coming “third world war” emerging from the current turmoil in the Middle East and North Africa that would lead to the collapse of current global institutions like the EU and the WTO and the rise of a new international order led by Russia.

Moscow has routinely employed the weather control technology of “cloud seeding” for decades to ensure sunny skies when military parades are taking place on national holidays, but turning the weather into a devastating weapon to be used in warfare is a frightening new prospect.

However, as the revelations of weather modification expert Ben Livingston, a former Navy Physicist who briefed President Lyndon B. Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control back in the 1960′s during the Vietnam era, have documented, as far back as the early 1950′s the United States was funneling money into programs aimed at using the weather as a weapon during the cold war. It would be naive to think that the Russians weren’t engaged in similar research.

Moreover, in an April 1997 speech to the University of Georgia, Athens, then US Secretary of Defense William Cohen spoke of the threat of an “eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

For many years, suspicions have circulated around the purpose of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska and DARPA. In his underground bestseller Angels Don’t Play This HAARP, author Nick Begich summarizes the evidence that suggests HAARP is involved in weather control for nefarious purposes.

Scientists at NASA have discovered “A close link between electrical disturbances on the edge of our atmosphere and impending quakes on the ground below,” which has led to claims that earthquakes are being artificially induced as a form of modern warfare by HAARP.

The technology to which Zhirinovsky refers is rapidly moving out of the realms of science fiction and into scientific fact as we progress further into the 21st century.

While Zhirinovsky is a controversial character in Russia with an incendiary personality, he is nonetheless a major political player. Although Zhirinovsky has been dismissed as a “clown” and has made many offbeat comments in the past, it would be naive to dismiss him as being on the fringe.

As well as being Vice-Chairman of the Russian State Duma and leader of the LDPR, Zhirinovsky is a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. The deputy Duma speaker has announced his intention to run in the 2012 Russian presidential elections, where he is expected to finish third in the race.

Zhirinovsky’s comments have been no less controversial in the past. He once advocated dropping nuclear bombs over the Atlantic Ocean to flood Great Britain.

What are we to make of these remarkable comments? Is Zhirinovsky just a crank, or has he truly spilled the beans on Russia’s intention to unleash an arsenal of new weather warfare technology in its bid to dominate the globe?

The English edition of Der Spiegel has a recent interview with Prof Hans Joachim Schellnhuber, Director of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research. In this interview Schellnhuber announced that he would unveil his “Master Plan” for transforming society – one no doubt that suits his world view. In Schellhuber’s view, human society needs to be scaled back and managed by an elite group of “wise men” who know what is best for the rest.

Schellnhuber’s contempt for today’s organisation of western soctety is illustrated by his statements. For example Der Spiegel stumps Schellnhuber with a simple question:  “Why is it that your messages haven’t been all that well received until now?” Schellnhuber responds:

I’m neither a psychologist nor a sociologist. But my life experiences have shown that the love of convenience and ignorance are man’s biggest character flaws. It’s a potentially deadly mixture.”

Oh the contempt. So we are all too comfortable and ignorant. It’s time for “wiser men” to think for the rest of us.  Your message, Mr Schellnhuber, has not been well received because it is anti-democratic and authoritarian. Your kind of thinking is a threat to the principles of Germany’s Constitution and so belongs under government observation.

Veteran weather modification expert Ben Livingston is a former Navy Physicist who briefed President Lyndon B. Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control back in the 1960′s during the Vietnam era, when he was involved in cloud seeding programs that worked to slow down the advance of Vietnamese and Korean troops. Livingston asserts that asserts that hurricane control was a national priority of the government more than 40 years ago and that the technology was fully operational to control the weather at the time.

Dr Livingston was assigned in 1966 from the Naval weapons research Laboratory to a marine fighter squadron in Vietnam. Instead of guns, the aircraft under Livingston’s control were fitted with cloud seeding equipment. “My mission was to find clouds and seed them for maximum precipitation value” he stated.

Dr Livingston presents evidence from the Stanford research Institute, who were brought into Project Storm Fury (a weather control program) in the late sixties as a third party, which stated conclusively that knowledge of how to stop hurricanes had been uncovered and that they would be directly liable should a hurricane hit and cause extensive damage and loss of life. Four decades later and Livingston exposes how the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina could have been greatly minimized but was allowed to fully impact Gulf states for political reasons.

Having personally flown on 265 missions into the eyes of hurricanes, Livingston remarks that he was “disgusted” by the failure to lessen the impact of Katrina. Livingston’s revelations that weather control has been a decades long program in which the US government has been deeply involved are particularly alarming given the abundant modern-day evidence of how chemtrails are being used to warp our environment in a secret geoengineering plot that threatens a myriad of unknown human health and ecological consequences.

THE PLANETARY POPULATION PROTECTION &

ATMOSPHERIC AIR PURITY ACT

Henceforth, from the passage of this Bill, all spraying of Aerosols, Gases, and/or Metal Particulates (whether they be considered toxic or not)  into the atmosphere over any portion of theUnited States or its terrorities shall be considered a crime against all the people of this Nation.  The preservation of this Planet depends upon the air that we breathe. It must remain pristine and pure. Therefore, committing any Acts of Atmospheric Poisoning shall be considered a crime punishable by Death or Life Imprisonment without possibility of parole.

 

Within seven days after this Law is enacted, the Congress shall instruct theUnited States Air Force to shoot down any plane from any Nation flying over theUnited States or its territories that violate this Act.  Considering the fact that millions of tons of Aerosols which are now determined to contain Aluminum Oxide, Barium, Strontium, and Sulphur Hexafluoride Toxins appear to have been already sprayed upon the population of this country, Great Britain, Canada, Ireland and other nations on Earth.  One can only conclude, without evidence to the contrary, that these horrendous crimes of astronomical proportions have already been committed against us.

 

It would appear that the Money Monarchy that rules the United States & GreatBritainhas declared War upon Mother Earth and the people who inhabit this Planet.  It has become clearly evident that this “Cabal of Criminals” (that create our currency & control our commerce) has determined that 90% of the Earth’s population are expendable and merely “Useless Eaters”…and are to be terminated to clear the land for the Elite (See Georgia Guidestones for clarification).

 

The fact is, that we have been, and are now being bombarded with Toxic Particulates from the air above us. This is Fact – not Fiction & we’re paying for it.   It is killing our birds, our fish, our trees, the animals that live on the land and the sea mammals in the waters that surround us. This “dumping of poisonous toxins” upon our people is bringing about Alzheimer’s, Autism, & Respiratory diseases to this Nation as never seen before.  We are witnessing an Act of Treason – the size of which has never been experienced in the history of the World.  The life of every living creature on this Planet is literally at stake.

 

Our right as a people  to protect ourselves from any Predator, President, or Politician as guaranteed in our Declaration ofIndependencehas not changed.  It has not been extinguished. It has not been amended.  Regardless of how many legions of lawyers have levied laws upon us in an attempt to repeal our rights to protect ourselves from them, our right of self determination, life & liberty remain.

 

What we are witnessing with the Aerosol “Death Dumps” that are dropping upon our people each day is most evident.  War against the people of this Planet has been declared. The goal of these Globalists is to radically reduce the population of the Planet.  This has been planned for well over a century and is now being perpetrated by Malthusian-Minded-Men like David Rockefeller, Jacques Cousteau, Bertrand Russell, Zbignew Brzezinski, Henry Kissinger, Prince Philip & the Rothschilds to kill off 9 out of 10 people now living on this Planet, and to establish Global Government under a New World Order.  The current method of their madness is to make the air unsafe to breathe and the water too toxic to drink.

 

The crimes against our country are now so intolerable that it has become necessary that We, the People, conduct an independent investigation.  It must be both private and apart from all Government Courts and their Alphabet Agencies.  They can’t be trusted to investigate themselves and try their own criminals.  These hearings will be conducted to consider the removal of both the elected and selected “Leaders,” who have allowed these atmospheric crimes to be perpetrated upon the innocent, ignorant & unsuspecting amongst our society .

 

If it is found in our investigations that “beyond all doubt,” there is a War for the World that is being carried on upon us and all living things on this Mother Earth – we are left no other choice or option, but to demand that the individuals who are responsible for this crime be brought to trial for crimes against humanity. This must be done by Courts of our own making with Judges and Jurors constituted by We, the People, of the United States of America and not by those who are attempting to establish a New World Order upon the Death of our Sovereignty.

 

The time has come that it is now necessary to invoke the Declaration of Independence and reinstate its guarantees for the protection of our Citizens with regard to the crimes that have been and are now being committed by Agents and Apparatchiks of this  Criminal Cartel that are conducting these atmospheric atrocities upon our people.

 

Our Declaration of Independence clearly states:  “That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.  Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.  But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right , it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

 

The time has come to exercise our rights, secure our liberty, and regain our freedom.
