BRUXELLES (NOVOpress) – La première initiative citoyenne européenne, signée par plus d’un million d’Européens, a été remise hier à Bruxelles, par Avaaz et Greenpeace à John Dalli, commissaire européen chargé de la Santé et de la Protection des consommateurs.

Cette « initiative populaire », instaurée par le traité de Lisbonne, est sensée permettre une nouvelle forme de participation à l’élaboration des politiques de l’Union européenne. Elle a pour but de combler, du moins partiellement, le déficit démocratique souvent reproché aux institutions européennes.

Son mode de fonctionnement est le suivant : Au moins un million d’européens, ressortissants d’un nombre « significatif » d’États membres, peuvent appeler directement la Commission à soumettre une proposition sur des questions présentant pour eux un intérêt et relevant des domaines de compétence de l’UE.

La première du genre a donc été remise jeudi et appelle la Commission à interdire totalement les organismes génétiquement modifiés (OGM), au moins jusqu’à ce que soient améliorées les procédures d’évaluation et d’autorisation des OGM en Europe.

Posted in this story is a very interesting PDF available for download here for a 1975 U.S. Patent issued to Donald K. Werle, Romas Kasparas, Sidney Katz, assigned through the U.S. Navy, that describes a dispersion method for a “powder contrail.”
As other researchers have also pointed out, the Powder Contrail Generation patent document could be a useful clue into the true agenda and purpose of the “chemtrail” phenomenon, which is clearly tied to almost a century of man-made weather manipulation. Already, it is admitted that the government has experimented with geo-engineering, which is says would help reflect heat and combat phony global warming / climate change.

It also references 5 other patents that deal with aviation fuel dispersants that go back to the 1920s. It further references the “chaff” application, as to create a radar jamming reflective screen, and other potential applications, including the use of numerous other powder formulas.

Abstract:
Light scattering pigment powder particles, surface treated to minimize inparticle cohesive forces, are dispensed from a jet mill deagglomerator as separate single particles to produce a powder contrail having maximum visibility or radiation scattering ability for a given weight material.

What claim is:
1. Contrail generation apparatus for producing a powder contrail having maximum radiation scattering ability for a given weight material, comprising: a. an aerodynamic housing;
b. a jet tube means passing through said housing, said tube means having an inlet at a forward end of said housing and an exhaust at a rearward end thereof;
c. a powder storage means in said housing;
d. a deagglomeration means also in said housing; e. means connecting said powder storage means with said deagglomeration means for feeding radiation scattering powder from said powder storage means to said deagglomeration means;
f. the output of said deagglomeration means dispensing directly into said jet tube means for exhausting deagglomerated powder particles into the atmosphere to form a contrail; and h. means for controlling the flow of said powder from said storage means to said deagglomeration means.
2. Apparatus as in claim 1 wherein said jet tube means is a ram air jet tube.
3. Apparatus as in claim 1 wherein an upstream deflector baffle is provided at the output of said deagglomeration means into said jet tube means to produce a venturi effect for minimizing back pressure on said powder feeding means.
4. Apparatus as in claim 1 wherein said deagglomerator means comprises: a. means for subjecting powder particles from said powder storage means to a hammering action to aerate and precondition the powder; and b. a jet mill means to further deagglomerate the powder into separate particles.
5. Apparatus as in claim 4 wherein pressurized gas means is provided for operating said deagglomeration means.
6. Apparatus as in claim 1 wherein said radiation scattering powder particles are titanium dioxide pigment having a median particle size of about 0.3 microns.
7. Apparatus as in claim 1 wherein said radiation scattering powder particles have a coating of extremely fine hydrophobic colloidal silica thereon to minimize interparticle cohesive forces.
8. Apparatus as in claim 1 wherein the formulation of said powder consists of 85% by weight of TiO2 pigment of approximately 0.3 micron media particle size, 10% by weight of colloidal silica of 0.007 micron primary particle size, and 5% by weight of silica gel having an average particle size of 4.5 microns.
9. The method of producing a light radiation scattering contrail, comprising:
a. surface treating light scattering powder particles to minimize interparticle cohesive forces;
b. deagglomerating said powder particles in two stages prior to dispensing into a jet tube by subjecting said powder particles to a hammering action in the first stage to aerate and precondition the powder, and by passing said powder through a jet mill in the second stage to further deagglomerate the powder;
c. dispensing the deagglomerated powder from the jet mill directly into a jet tube for exhausting said powder into the atmosphere, thus forming a contrail.
10. A method as in claim 9 wherein said light scattering powder particles is titanium dioxide pigment.
11. A method as in claim 9 wherein said powder particles are treated with a coating of extremely fine hydrophobic colloidal silica to minimize interparticle cohesive forces.
12. A method as in claim 11 wherein said treated powder particles are further protected with a silica gel powder.

DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
The powder contail generator in pod 10, shown in FIG. 1, is provided with a powder feed hopper 12 positioned in the center section of the pod and which feeds a powder 13 to a deagglomerator 14 by means of screw conveyors 16 across the bottom of the hopper. The deagglomerator 14 produces two stages of action. In the first stage of deagglomeration, a shaft 18 having projecting radial rods 19 in compartment 20 is rotated by an air motor 21, or other suitable drive means. The shaft 18 is rotated at about 10,000 rpm, for example. As powder 13 descends through the first stage compartment 20 of the deagglomeration chamber, the hammering action of rotating rods 19 serves to aerate and precondition the powder before the second stage of deagglomeration takes place in the jet mill section 22. In the jet mill 22, a plurality of radial jets 24 (e.g., six 0.050 inch diamter radial jets) direct nitrogen gas (at e.g., 120 psig) inward to provide energy for further deagglomeration of the powder. The N2, or other suitable gas, is provided from storage tanks 25 and 26, for example, in the pod.

The jet mill 22 operates in a similar manner to commercial fluid energy mills except that there is no provision for recirculation of oversize particles. Tests with the deagglomerator show that at a feed rate of approximately 11/2 lb/min, treated titanium dioxide powder pigment is effectively dispersed as single particles with very few agglomerates evident.

The nitrogen gas stored in cylinder tanks 25 and 26 is charged to 1800 psig, for example. Two stages of pressure reduction, for example, by pressure reduction valves 28 and 29, bring the final delivery pressure at the radial jets 24 and to the air motor 21 to approximately 120 psig. A solenoid valve 30 on the 120 psig line is connected in parallel with the electric motor 32 which operates the powder feeder screws 16 for simultaneous starting and running of the powder feed, the air motor and the jet mill deagglomerator.

Air enters ram air tube 34 at its entrance 35 and the exhaust from the jet mill deagglomerator passes directly into the ram air tube. At the deagglomerator exhaust 36 into ram air tube 34, an upstream deflector baffle 38 produces a venturi effect which minimizes back pressure on the powder feed system. The powder is then jetted from the exhaust end 40 of the ram air tube to produce a contrail. A pressure equalization tube, not shown, can be used to connect the top of the closed hopper 12 to the deagglomeration chamber 14. A butterfly valve could be provided at the powder hopper outlet 39 to completely isolate and seal off the powder supply when not in use. Powder 13 could then be stored in hopper 12 for several weeks, without danger of picking up excessive moisture, and still be adequately dispensed.

Preparation of the light scatter powder 13 is of a critical importance to production of a powder “contrail” having maximum visibility for a given weight of material. It is essential that the pigment powder particles be dispensed as separate single particles rather than as agglomerates of two or more particles. The powder treatment produces the most easily dispersed powder through the use of surface treatments which minimize interparticle cohesive forces.

Titanium dioxide pigment was selected as the primary light scattering material because of its highly efficient light scattering ability and commercially available pigment grades. Titanium dioxide pigment (e.g., DuPont R–931) with a median particle size of about 0.3u has a high bulk density and is not readily aerosolizable as a submicron cloud without the consumption of a large amount of deagglomeration energy. In order to reduce the energy requirement for deagglomeration, the TiO2 powder is specially treated with a hydrophobic colloidal silica which coats and separates the individual TiO2 pigment particles. The extremely fine particulate nature (0.007u primary particle size) of Cobot S–101 Silanox grade, for example, of colloidal silica minimizes the amount needed to coat and separate the TiO2 particles, and the hydrophobic surface minimizes the affinity of the powder for absorbtion of moisture from the atmosphere. Adsorbed moisture in powders causes liquid bridges at interparticle contacts and it then becomes necessary to overcome the adsorbed-liquid surface tension forces as well as the weaker Van der Waals’ forces before the particles can be separated.

The Silanox treated titanium dioxide pigment is further protected from the deleterious effects of adsorbed moisture by incorporation of silica gel. The silica gel preferentially adsorbs water vapor that the powder may be exposed to after drying and before use. The silica gel used is a powder product, such as Syloid 65 from the W. R Grace and Co., Davison Chemical Division, and has an average particle size about 4.5u and a large capacity for moisture at low humidities.

A typical powder composition used is shown in Table 1. This formulation was blended intimately with a Patterson-Kelley Co. twin shell dry LB-model LB–2161 with intensifier. Batches of 1500 g were blended for 15 min. each and packaged in 5-lb cans. The bulk density of the blended powder is 0.22 g/cc. Since deagglomeration is facilitated by having the powder bone dry, the powder should be predried before sealing the cans. In view of long periods (e.g., about 4 months) between powder preparation and use it is found preferable to spread the powder in a thin layer in an open container and place in a 400*F over two days before planned usage. The powder is removed and placed in the hopper about 2 hours before use.

For example, various powder particles which reflect electromagnetic radiation can be dispensed as a chaff or the like from the contrail generator.
Obviously many modifications and variations of the present invention are possible in the light of the above teachings. It is therefore to be understood that within the scope of the appended claims the invention may be practiced otherwise than as specifically described.

BACKGROUND
The present invention relates to method and apparatus for contrail generation and the like.
An earlier known method in use for contrail generation involves oil smoke trails produced by injecting liquid oil directly into the hot jet exhaust of an aircraft target vehicle. The oil vaporizes and recondenses being the aircraft producing a brilliant white trail. Oil smoke trail production requires a minimum of equipment; and, the material is low in cost and readily available. However, oil smoke requires a heat source to vaporize the liquid oil and not all aircraft target vehicles, notably towed targets, have such a heat source. Also, at altitudes above about 25,000 feet oil smoke visibility degrades rapidly.

SUMMARY
The present invention is for a powder generator requiring no heat source to emit a “contrail” with sufficient visibility to aid in visual acquisition of an aircraft target vehicle and the like. The term “contrail” was adopted for convenience in identifying the visible powder trail of this invention. Aircraft target vehicles are used to simulate aerial threats for missile tests and often fly at altitudes between 5,000 and 20,000 feet at speeds of 300 and 400 knots or more. The present invention is also suitable for use in other aircraft vehicles to generate contrails or reflective screens for any desired purpose.

The powder contail generator is normally carried on an aircraft in a pod containing a ram air tube and powder feed hopper. Powder particles, surface treated to minimize interparticle cohesive forces are fed from the hopper to a deagglomerator and then to the ram air tube for dispensing as separate single particles to produce a contrail having maximum visibility for a given weight material.
Other object, advantages and novel features of the invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of the invention when considered in conjunction with the accompanying drawing.

OGM : nouveau coup de force de la Commission Européenne ?

PARIS (NOVOpress) – La Commission Européenne ne cesse de chercher à contourner le rejet des opinions publiques pour tenter d’imposer les OGM en Europe. Elle aurait ainsi l’intention d’ouvrir les portes de l’Europe à l’importation d’aliments modifiés génétiquement (GM) et non-autorisés pour l’alimentation animale et humaine.

C’est l’association « Les Amis de la Terre Europe » qui dénonce ce projet après s’être procurée des documents de la Commission Européenne confirmant cette intention.
L’association y voit là une nouvelle soumission aux pressions des industriels pour affaiblir les règlements sur la sécurité des OGM en Europe.

Une nouvelle proposition sur les OGM devrait être discutée lors d’une réunion des Etats-membres le 15 novembre 2010. Selon l’association environnementaliste, cette proposition saperait la politique de tolérance zéro qui prévalait jusque là puisqu’elle autoriserait la présence de traces de plantes GM non-autorisées dans les importations à destination de l’Europe (avec un seuil de 0,1 %).

En acceptant cette proposition, l’Union européenne ouvrirait dans les faits, ses portes à des plantes génétiquement modifiées qui ont été ni autorisées, ni testées pour leur innocuité dans aucun pays au monde.

Rosalind Peterson of California Skywatch was a certified U.S.D.A. Farm Service Agency Crop Loss Adjustor working in more than ten counties throughout California. She now spearheads a watchdog group that monitors uncontrolled experimental weather modification programs, atmospheric heating and testing programs, and ocean and atmospheric experimental geoengineering programs Peterson is at the forefront of the chemtrail research field and how the unexplained patterns that scar our skies are “causing detrimental human health effects and environmental degradation.”
In this 1-hour plus video exclusive for Prison Planet.tv members, Peterson reveals how she was first spurred to investigate chemtrails after being alerted to them by someone at the Mendocino County Probation Department. Peterson then began to intensely study the phenomenon and note that aircraft producing the trails would circle the county in a clock-like loop, covering the entire area with a cloudy haze in as little as three hours. Peterson cites NASA studies showing that the chemtrails turn into man-made clouds, exacerbating artificial climate change. However, Peterson states her contention that NASA is attempting to cover-up the true nature of chemtrails and convince people that they are a natural phenomenon, a ruse dutifully parroted by top weather and satellite observatories, who as Peterson explains acknowledge the fact that man-made chemtrails are changing the weather yet still label them as natural weather fronts in their public broadcasts.
Because such vast unapproved and unwitting experiments with our atmosphere are obviously completely illegal without Congressional approval and thorough public debate, Peterson notes how academics and scientists have deliberately sought to keep the word “geoengineering” out of the public education and college system and keep it within the confines of elitist scientific circles, but that the idea is now slowly being rolled out to the public as part of a gradual conditioning exercise.
Peterson shows a map provided by the FAA which reveals how “intra-flights” – mainly of military origin – are causing the chemtrails by flying in loops around counties in flight paths that differ substantially from normal airline trajectories. The flights have no other obvious purpose than to disperse chemtrails because they have no fixed destination, they merely fly around and around in circles.
 
As proponents of geoengineering like Obama’s science czar John P. Holdren have proposed, blocking sunlight is a primary effect of chemtrailing, and sulphur could be one of the chemicals being dispersed by these trails. As Peterson explains, sulphur has been linked with a host of health problems, which is why California removed it from diesel fuel in the first place.
As we have documented separately, exposure to sulphur has been linked with the following health effects.

- Disturbance of blood circulation
- Heart damage
- Effects on eyes and eyesight
- Reproductive failure
- Damage to immune systems

After studying water quality samples for the state of California stretching back some 30 years, Peterson found that starting from 1990, water sources were all registering unusual spikes in certain chemicals at precisely the same time, namely arsenic, barium, aluminum, calcium, manganese, magnesium, lead and iron. By measuring the spikes in these chemicals in the water supply with similar spikes in these chemicals in air quality samples, Peterson was able to conclude that the cause was airborne and that it had to be coming from the atmosphere. Peterson notes that mixing aluminum and barium creates clouds and that NASA experiments based around this concept were coinciding with the spikes in such chemicals measured in water and air quality samples.

Ultra Elitist Environmental Group: Halt Economic Growth, Institute Rationing

Ultra elitist environmental group The Royal Society has published a series of papers to coincide with the latest round of UN climate talks, in which influential scientists suggest that politicians should force the population of the developed world to adhere to a system of rationing in order to stave off rising global temperatures.

The papers suggest that 1930s and 40s style crisis rationing should be implemented by Western governments in order to reduce carbon emissions. Such a move would see “limits on electricity so people are forced to turn the heating down, turn off the lights and replace old electrical goods like huge fridges with more efficient models. Food that has travelled from abroad may be limited and goods that require a lot of energy to manufacture.” the London Telegraph Reports.

“The Second World War and the concept of rationing is something we need to seriously consider if we are to address the scale of the problem we face,” one Royal Society affiliated professor states.

Professor Kevin Anderson, Director of the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research, added that in his view, economic growth in the developed world should be completely halted within the next two decades if the planet is to avoid mass upheaval in the form of rising sea levels, floods, droughts and mass migration.

“I am not saying we have to go back to living in caves,” he said. “Our emissions were a lot less ten years ago and we got by ok then.”

Ironically, Anderson’s point here reveals a fundamental flaw in the theory of anthropogenic warming, namely that CO2 emissions have increased, yet temperature rise is slowing. By all accounts, the warming trend observed predominantly throughout the 1980s and 90s stopped just over a decade ago.

Even the Royal Society itself was forced to admit this fact in a recently published guide, titled ‘Climate change: a summary of the science’ which was altered following multiple complaints from 43 of the Royal Society’s own members that “knowledgeable people” were seeing through brazenly alarmist climate change rhetoric.

The Met office concurs that global warming has been slowing for some time, and the admission was also recently noted by Professor Phil Jones, the figure at the head of the Climategate scandal.

It is hardly surprising to see the Royal Society still pushing a de-industrialization agenda, however, given it’s history and cadre of members and patrons.

The Royal Society, a 350 year old establishment outfit, has traditionally been the most vocal proponent for the hypothesis of AGW.

It was the former president of The Royal Society, Lord May, who made the infamous statement “The debate on climate change is over.”

When he was head of the Society, May told government advisors: “On one hand, you have the entire scientific community and on the other you have a handful of people, half of them crackpots.”

The Royal Society has thrown its full weight behind the global warming movement, lending its absolute support for legislation aimed at reducing carbon emissions by 80%, a process that will devastate the global economy and drastically reduce living standards everywhere.

It has been even more vehement than national governments in its advocacy of the man-made cause of global warming, calling for such drastic CO2 cuts to be made in the short term, not even by the usual target date of 2050.

Not surprising then that The Royal Society was also intimately tied to efforts to Whitewash the Climategate emails scandal.

The society has also conducted extensive research into geoengineering the planet, and continually lobbies the government to divert funding into it. A recently published lengthy UK Government report drew heavily upon the Society’s research and concluded that a global body such as the UN should be appointed to exclusively regulate world wide geoengineering of the planet in order to stave off man made global warming.

This information becomes even more disturbing when you consider the mindset of those who make up the membership of the Society. It is riddled with renowned eco-fascists, open eugenicists and depopulation fanatics.

One notable member is James Lovelock, an eco-fascist who advocates ending democracy and instituting an authoritative elite to oversee global climate management and a radical stemming of the human population in order to combat climate change. He is also a patron of the Optimum Population Trust, a notorious UK-based public policy group that campaigns for a gradual decline in the global human population, which it refers to as “primates” or “animals”, to what it sees as a “sustainable” level.

Lovelock is also an ardent advocate of geoengineering. In 2007 Lovelock proposed laying vast swathes of pipes under the world’s oceans in order to pump water from the bottom of the seas – rich in nutrients, but mostly dead – to the top. The idea being that the action would encourage algae to breed, absorb more carbon and release more dimethyl sulphide into the atmosphere, a chemical known to seed sunlight reflecting clouds. Such methods are also covered in the Commons report.

Another member is Jonathon Porritt, former chair of the UK Sustainable Development Commission, one of former Prime Minister Gordon Brown’s leading green advisers, who has stated that Britain’s population must be cut in half from around 60 million to 30 million if it is to build a sustainable society.

Porritt, also a member of the Optimum Population Trust, a connection that caused raised eyebrows when it was announced that Porritt was to be a part of a forthcoming Royal Society “Objective” Global Population Study.

Also on the Royal Society’s working group for their global population study is another of their patrons, and another OPT member, BBC darling wildlife broadcaster and film-maker Sir David Attenborough. Attenborough has called for a one child policy like that of Communist China to be implemented in Britain. The proposal is one of the OPT’s main initiatives. Again, how is this man’s influence going to result in an “objective” study on population?

Another member of that working group is Cambridge economist Sir Partha Dasgupta, also a fellow of the OPT.

Professor Malcolm Potts, another member of the working group was the first male doctor at the Marie Stopes Abortion Clinic in London, he also advised on the UK’s 1967 Abortion Act.

Marie Stopes was a prominent campaigner for the implementation of eugenics policies. In Radiant Motherhood (1920) she called for the “sterilisation of those totally unfit for parenthood [to] be made an immediate possibility, indeed made compulsory.” That group, according to her, included non-whites and the poor.

Stopes, an anti-Semite Nazi sympathizer, campaigned for selective breeding to achieve racial purity, a passion she shared with Adolf Hitler in adoring letters and poems that she sent the leader of the Third Reich.

Stopes also attended the Nazi congress on population science in Berlin in 1935, while calling for the “compulsory sterilization of the diseased, drunkards, or simply those of bad character.” Stopes acted on her appalling theories by concentrating her abortion clinics in poor areas so as to reduce the birth rate of the lower classes.

Stopes left most of her estate to the Eugenics Society, an organization that shared her passion for racial purity and still exists today under the new name The Galton Institute. The society has included members such as Charles Galton Darwin (grandson of the evolutionist), Julian Huxley and Margaret Sanger.

Perhaps most notably, the head of the Royal Society’s new study, John Sulston, most famously played a leading role in the Human Genome Project, the effort to identify and map the thousands of genes of the human genome. Sulston worked under James D. Watson, a notorious eugenicist who has previously argued that black people are inherently less intelligent than whites and has advocated the creation of a “super-race” of humans, where the attractive and physically strong are genetically manufactured under laboratory conditions. Watson is also affiliated with the Royal Society, indeed, in 1993 he received the society’s Copley Medal of honour for “outstanding achievements in research in any branch of science, and alternates between the physical sciences and the biological sciences”.

Sulston is also a leading advocate of the renowned Atheist group, The British Humanist Association.

It is clear that this organisation and these people are immersed in the science of eugenics, and that they have continued the science under the guise of environmentalism. They hate humanity and any notion that their studies will represent anything other than an establishment avocation of mass depopulation is farcical.

After the climategate fiasco, the globalists are even more eager than ever to force their ecofascist agenda down our throats. They haven't given up on carbon taxing us dispite the global warming manipulation and fraud, and now they are planning on rationing and relocating entire populations in the name of environmentalism.

Chemtrails: le projet secret de Monsanto

Pour ceux qui n'ont pas rejeté d'emblée et a priori l'idée que des groupes puissants contrôlés par des banques puissent influer sur le cours d'événements capitaux à l'échelle mondiale, une rapide recherche a suffi pour constater que non seulement une élite cherche à influencer les cours des événements planétaires dans un sens très précis, mais surtout que les preuves de cette action concertée sont surabondantes.

Il y a encore quelques mois, une série vidéos avaient suffi à me convaincre que les chemtrails n'étaient pas un sujet d'investigation farfelu. Sans savoir ce dont il retournait quant au projet dans lequel il s'inscrivait, il était clair que des trainées persistantes laissées par des avions de ligne, parfois en pointillés, visibles depuis la plupart des pays du monde, n'étaient pas le fruit de la classique condensation qui disparaît en quelques minutes (contrails, abrégé pour condensation trails, trainées de condensation). Restait à savoir s'il fallait s'inquiéter de ce phénomène, et pourquoi.

Depuis le milieu des années 90, des amateurs et des scientifiques ont mis en évidence la présence de sels d'aluminium, de barium et de strontium (parmi de nombreuses autres, mais celles-ci se retrouvent partout contrairement aux autres) dans des zones où les avions de ligne laissent les trainées suspectes, à des endroits où ces substances ne peuvent venir d'ailleurs que des airs (régions éloignées de plusieurs centaines de kilomètres de tout centre urbain, neiges éternelles). Les études se multiplient qui mettent toutes en évidence la présence de ces substances aux effets délétères, et leur lien avec l'épandage systématique auquel procèdent de nombreux avions de ligne commerciaux et militaires.

Dans ma vie professionnelle, il ne m'a encore jamais été donné de creuser un sujet, quel qu'il soit, pour en arriver à la conclusion que l'opinion commune était proche de la vérité que les résultats de la recherche font apparaître, ou permettent d'approcher. S'agissant des chemtrails, ils sont encore inconnus de l'écrasante majorité de la population, et pourtant, deux années de recherche intensives ne suffiraient pas à en couvrir toutes les facettes. Pourquoi? Parce que le projet dans lequel elles s'inscrivent fait l'objet d'un nombre incalculables d'études et de publications. Ce projet est, sinon public, tout à fait officiel, et se déploie sous l'égide de l'OTAN, ce qui explique que les chemtrails ne se retrouvent que dans les cieux des pays qui en font partie, ce qui est déjà beaucoup.

Comme pour la plupart des projets de ce type, discrets mais officiels, ils sont conduits sous un prétexte vitrine qui les rend inattaquables ou perçus comme nécessaires par une majorité de la population., si elle devait en être informée Dans notre cas, les chemtrails seraient un phénomène de nature expérimentale destiné à permettre, par l'épandage d'aérosols dans la stratosphère, de refléter une partie du rayonnement solaire pour contrer le réchauffement climatique. Noble cause?

Pas vraiment. Depuis le sommet de Copenhague, pour les moins attentifs, il est admis par ses promoteurs eux mêmes que la théorie du réchauffement climatique a été vendue médiatiquement aux populations du monde contre les preuves scientifiques qui tendaient très largement soit à le déclarer inexistant, soit à le cantonner à une période plus courte et aujourd'hui révolue, pour tout un tas de raisons qui n'entrent pas dans la sphère de cet article. Pour ceux qui ne seraient pas à la page de ce scandale, une petite recherche sur le thème du Climategate suffira à les mettre au parfum de ce que ceux qui s'intéressent sérieusement au sujet savent depuis 20 ans: si les problèmes écologiques sérieux sont légion, le réchauffement climatique n'en fait pas partie, et son ascension médiatique par voie de propagande éhontée, orchestrée par Al Gore, était destinée à créer la taxe carbone au profit d'une nouvelle institution supra nationale liée à la banque mondiale, pour concrétiser un projet de gouvernement mondial au nom de nécessités écologiques.

Par ailleurs, même si le réchauffement était une réalité, cela ne justifierait en rien le projet dit de "géo-ingénierie" dont les chemtrails sont la partie visible.

Les éléments les plus constants de l'épandage connu sous le nom de chemtrails (abréviation de chemical trails par opposition à condensation trails ou trainées de condensation, contrails) ou géo-ingénierie, ou encore épandage indirect ou semi-direct par aérosol sont la présence de sels d'aluminium, de baryum et de strontium. Pour s'en tenir à l'aluminium, il possède la double propriété de modifier le PH des sols arables, et de diminuer la capacité des végétaux d'absorber l'humidité. Dans les deux cas, sa présence, outre ses effets délétères multiples pour les organismes humains, le plus terrible étant le fait de favoriser certaines maladies neuro-dégénératives comme Alzheimer, provoque de surcroît une menace pour la production agricole dans son ensemble.

Dans le même temps, Monsanto dépose une série impressionnante de brevets pour des semences résistant à l'aluminium. De là à penser que Monsanto est partie prenante du projet de géo-ingénierie globale, il n'y a qu'un pas que chacun est libre de franchir ou non. A notre humble avis, cela mérite en tous cas des investigations approfondies compte tenu des enjeux en présence, et du mépris affiché régulièrement par Monsanto pour la vie et la nature, sans parler des agriculteurs.

S'agissant de recherche, ceux qui souhaitent en savoir davantage pourront utilement, s'ils lisent l'anglais, taper dans google les termes "indirect aerosol campaign" ou "semi-direct aerosol campaign",  ou encore géo-ingénierie pour s'en tenir aux références françaises, et ils crouleront alors sous les études et publications scientifiques qui attestent que l'épandage aérien est un fait accompli et banal qui a cours, apprend-on en les lisant, depuis 1995, dans le cadre d'une multitude de projets ou la terre et ses habitants sont littéralement pris pour cobayes, alors que les autorités publiques des pays concernés continuent, partout dans le monde, à nier jusqu'à l'existence d'un épandage aérien planifié et globalisé.

Il serait presque réconfortant que la scandale se limitât à cacher aux peuples concernés ces diverses opérations sous prétexte de prévenir des mouvements de panique devant un phénomène que les autorités ne seraient pas certaines de pouvoir maîtriser. Mais le réchauffement lui-même est intégralement inexistant, ainsi qu'il est mentionné plus haut. Cette remarque n'est pas le fait d'un scientiste échevelé tel que M. Claude Allègre, pour qui toute restriction aux possibilité techniques et un crime, car il se trouve que je suis catastrophé de voir l'ampleur des atteintes subies par la terre dans son ensemble ainsi que leurs effets pour ses habitants. Mais la question doit être posée: pourquoi ce mensonge sur le réchauffement, et pourquoi cet épandage ravageur,  criminel et autoritaire est-il conduit à si grande échelle avec une telle discrétion?

En cette matière comme dans toutes les autres, les bonnes réponses viennent en se posant les bonnes questions. Dire que toute idée de complot est le fruit d'un cerveau de paranoïaque délirant n'est plus seulement une attitude de préjugé irrationnel, c'est aujourd'hui un déni de réalité. Alors vous aussi, cherchez, et vous trouverez.
