PHOENIX - She might be retired from political life, but former state senator Karen Johnson is not retired from being an activist. After serving in the House of Representatives for eight years and the senate for four, Johnson retired in 2008 to her home in Linden where she now has time to garden and become more active in issues that concern her.
One of these issues took her on a recent trip back to the state capital to try to bring the subject of chemtrails and geoengineering to her former colleagues, including Governor Jan Brewer and Senator Sylvia Allen who is from Snowflake.
Taking several people active in the chemtrail debate with her, Johnson visited the House, the Senate and Governor Brewer's offices, dropping off packets that contain the DVD "What in the World are they spraying," and articles and information on the subject.
The documentary was produced by G. Edward Griffin, Michael J. Murphy and Paul Wittenberger. Griffin is a writer and documentary film producer with many successful titles to his credit. Listed in Who's Who in America, he is well known for tackling difficult and controversial topics and presenting them in clear terms that are easy to understand. One of his most popular books is titled "The Creature from Jekyll Island."
The video attempts to answer the question of what is being sprayed in our skies and why. The answers they find are extremely disturbing. The producers visited Johnson at her home in Linden and she became part of the documentary. According to the website www.suite101.com, "Research indicates that the trails are part of a geoengineering program that may already be in its initial implementation phase. Scientists at the Carnegie Institution are using taxpayer money to lay the groundwork for injecting the atmosphere with materials they believe will artificially cool the planet, in a bid to stave off what we are told is modern civilization's greatest threat to date, anthropogenic global warming."
Mike and Bridget Conroy of Phoenix were also a part of the group and have spent years researching the chemtrail issue and conducting air samples. Their website www.arizonaskywatch.com tracks their work with pictures, articles and lab reports.
Though it was moving day and most legislators were not in their offices, the group met with Senator Allen for a few moments in her office. Senator Allen stated that she has been getting calls from her constituents on the issue and is interested in taking a look at the packet.
Other members of Johnson's group included friends Dinah Lundell and Doug and Judy Staab. A reporter from the Capitol Times newspaper was also there to do a short interview with Johnson.
Johnson managed to find a few other officials including Kevin Kinsall who works for Brewer in Environmental Quality. He took the packet and said he would review it and get back to Johnson.
Senator Cecil Ash from District 18 also promised to look into the issue. He is Chairman of the Health and Human Services committee.
Governor Brewer was not in her office, but staff members were handed the packets and asked to pass them on to their legislators. Johnson hopes that enough of them will become interested in the information to start a public dialogue on the issue. She also would like to see Arizona declare the state a "no-fly zone" for chemtrail spraying.
"The data found from the producers shows that one of the chemicals being sprayed is aluminum oxide which is toxic to all life," said an angry Johnson. "Alzheimer's has increased rapidly since they started spraying in the late 1990s."
Despite the fact that the chemtrail spraying has reportedly been going on since around 1998, there is little official recognition of the issue and in most cases out right denial. Johnson hopes that by bringing attention to the issue, it can be forced out into the open before too much damage is done.

L'Allemagne, longtemps en difficulté, s'est redressée depuis que les élèves ont recommencé à étudier l'après-midi.
La ville de Shanghai, qui remporte les meilleurs résultats dans toutes les matières, est un endroit où les professeurs travaillent dur, et font travailler leurs élèves. Même chose en Corée du Sud et à Singapour, en tête des classements également.
En revanche, les pays où l'on privilégie les activités ludiques, les sorties scolaires, les projets pédagogiques, les débats « citoyens », les intervenants extérieurs, s'effondrent.
Certains, comme la France et les États-Unis, voient même leur jeunesse sombrer dans des difficultés de plus en plus graves : chômage et désespoir. On le voit dans les statistiques de la drogue, de la délinquance juvénile, et des tentatives de suicide (au nombre de 80 000 par an chez les jeunes Français ; ce chiffre, dont on parle très peu, est hallucinant : c'est la population d'une ville comme Poitiers).
C'est pourquoi SOS Éducation a décidé de remettre d'urgence sur la table la question cruciale des méthodes d'enseignement dans nos écoles.
Nous devons revenir sur des méthodes fondées sur l'effort, la logique et la progression.
Et c'est pour vous demander de m'aider à interpeler les pouvoirs publics que je vous écris. Voici notre stratégie :
Notre association organise une immense mobilisation en faveur de la méthode de lecture syllabique, parce que cette méthode (par opposition à la méthode globale) est le symbole par excellence de ce qu'il faut d'urgence pour redresser notre école et sauver nos enfants. En effet, tant qu'on ne reviendra pas à la méthode syllabique, et qu'une proportion importante d'enfants ne sauront pas lire, aucune réforme de l'école ne peut marcher.
La méthode syllabique, c'est la clarté et la simplicité : si un élève ne sait pas que B et A font BA, vous le voyez tout de suite et vous pouvez agir. Il faut faire un pas en arrière, et recommencer jusqu'à ce qu'il ait compris.
La méthode syllabique convient à tous : les enfants pauvres, les immigrés, ne sont pas désavantagés. Tous les enfants peuvent reconnaître un i, puis un T, et apprendre que T suivi de i font Ti. Leurs « difficultés sociales » ne sont pas des obstacles insurmontables.
Une étude menée pendant six ans au Royaume-Uni a démontré que la méthode syllabique augmente nettement les résultats scolaires des enfants, quelle que soit leur origine sociale.
Remettre la méthode syllabique dans toutes nos écoles, c'est réhabiliter l'idée que tous les enfants peuvent apprendre les bases, à condition de les enseigner avec méthode : on commence par les éléments simples, puis on construit progressivement, en répétant constamment ce qui a déjà été appris pour que les enfants n'oublient pas.
Ces règles de bon sens sont valables dans toutes les matières : grammaire, calcul, histoire, géographie, littérature, philosophie...
L'éducation ne peut pas uniquement se faire en jouant. Des efforts, souvent de gros efforts, sont nécessaires constamment, de la part des élèves comme de la part des professeurs. Il n'y a pas de secret.
On nous dit que ce n'est pas possible. Qu'il y a trop de chômage, d'immigration, et de violence dans les « quartiers ».
Mais savez-vous comment on s'y prend, aujourd'hui ??
Le ministère dépense des milliards d'euros pour installer des ordinateurs, des gymnases, des médiathèques, des ludothèques...
Tous les deux ans, on crée de nouveaux « dispositifs de remédiation » qui coûtent des sommes effarantes (170 000 euros par élève et par an pour les nouveaux Établissements de Réinsertion Scolaire, ERS, qu'il est déjà question de fermer, alors qu'ils ont été créés il y a trois mois).
Mais allez demander à une institutrice de CP comment elle enseigne au juste la lecture à ses élèves : leur apprend-elle que B et A font BA ?
Neuf fois sur dix, vous n'avez pas de réponse claire.
Elle vous dira: « Oh, vous savez, il n'y a pas de bonne ou de mauvaise méthode, je crée moi-même ma propre progression avec des fichiers, des ateliers, et des activités. »
C'est ce qu'on leur enseigne : « il ne faut pas s'inquiéter si un enfant ne sait toujours par lire en fin de CE1, il faut attendre le déclic ». La suite, vous la connaissez.
Soit le gosse a des parents qui s'inquiètent et qui vont lui apprendre à lire eux-mêmes à la maison, avec la méthode Boscher.
Soit les parents ne s'aperçoivent de rien ou « font confiance » à l'école. L'avenir de leurs enfants est fortement compromis. Et c'est pourquoi le désastre est si vaste parmi les immigrés, dont la plupart ne savent pas que notre « Éducation nationale » ne fonctionne plus du tout comme il y a quarante ans.
Prétendre que la question des méthodes de lecture a été réglée il y a plusieurs années est le pire mensonge qui puisse être dit sur nos écoles, et le plus lourd de conséquences.
La réalité, c'est que 40 % des enfants sortent du primaire sans les bases en lecture et en écriture, ce qui représente le taux le plus élevé depuis Jules Ferry. Et c'est une conséquence directe de l'absence de méthode syllabique dans la plupart des écoles primaires.
Alors j'espère que vous allez soutenir l'effort de SOS Éducation pour obtenir que tous les enfants aient droit à la méthode syllabique en CP.

Lorsque nous avons tous agi de cette manière contre la violence à l'école, nous avons rapidement reçu le soutien de près de 150 députés. Le débat a été élevé au niveau national et la violence à l'école est devenu un sujet de préoccupation majeure des pouvoirs publics.
Nous pouvons réussir la même chose sur la question, plus importante encore, de l'enseignement de la lecture. Mais notre seul espoir d'être entendus par les pouvoirs publics est que nous nous manifestions massivement.
Et c'est possible car nous avons la plus grande force de frappe (ce courriel est envoyé à 120 000 personnes).
Alors s'il vous plait, écrivez aujourd'hui à votre député pour lui demander de se saisir du dossier de la méthode syllabique dans les écoles, et de répercuter notre demande auprès du ministère de l'Éducation.

Pour Régis Debray, si l’humanité contemporaine se plaît à s’imaginer qu’elle irait mieux sans frontières, c’est parce qu’elle va mal et ne sait comment guérir. Et si l’Europe est en pointe dans ce mouvement, c’est parce qu’on y va, dans l’ensemble, encore plus mal qu’ailleurs.
Le culte du « sans frontière » n’exprime, pour Debray, que l’angoisse de vivre – angoisse d’être un être, c'est-à-dire d’avoir des limites, des frontières, des bornes, pour marquer ce que l’on est et ce que l’on n’est pas. Le culte du « sans frontière », nous dit Régis Debray, exprime un désir d’anéantissement. Et la propagande bruxelloise, qui nous vante la « civilisation » rendue possible par l’unité, ne recouvre que l’effacement du distinct, de ce qui est enclos – et donc de la cité, et donc de la civilisation.
De toute manière, fait encore observer Debray, la réalité du monde contemporain, c’est la multiplication des frontières. Depuis 1991 et la chute de l’URSS, on en a tracé 27.000 kilomètres supplémentaires. Une fois de plus, les esprits à la mode ont une mode de retard. Pendant qu’ils nous chantent le « trans », « l’open », le « light » imprécis et flou, les vieilles fractures se réveillent, partout. Et le mode de gestion qui leur convient n’est pas la dénégation, mais au contraire la codification, l’inscription dans le signe, dans l’écrit, sur la carte. On nous dit que le monde s’unifie, c’est faux : il éclate. On nous dit qu’il faut moins de frontières pour surmonter des fractures dépassées, c’est encore plus faux : ce sont les frontières qui permettront de rendre les fractures vivables, alors qu’elles ne cessent de prouver qu’elles sont tout, sauf dépassées.
Voilà la thèse.

L’argumentaire, à l’appui de cette thèse, est très simple. Debray le développe longuement, de manière quasiment poétique, mais on peut le résumer en quelques paragraphes.
Tracer une frontière, explique Debray, est la condition sine qua non pour disposer d’un espace à organiser, donc pour rendre possible une organisation, quelle qu’elle soit. La séparation est la mère des êtres, et sans êtres distincts, il n’y a pas de cosmos à organiser. Le « cosmopolite » même n’est possible que parce qu’il existe des « polis » distinctes, dont les interactions forment le cosmos. Si l’univers entier était un tout non fragmenté, ni cosmopolitisme, ni esprit de clocher ne pourraient être, car ils ne pourraient être par opposition l’un à l’autre. Sans frontières, la pensée même devient impossible, parce qu’il n’est plus envisageable de créer des oppositions.
Une fois la frontière tracée, on fois qu’on sait qui est à l’intérieur et qui n’y est pas, on peut organiser l’espace circonscrit. C’est parce que cet espace est circonscrit qu’il peut être organisé, c’est à dire devenir un tout organique. C’est pourquoi la frontière présente toujours un caractère sacré : elle est à la racine du Vivant. C’est aussi pourquoi on crée des frontières à l’intérieur de la frontière : ces frontières internes permettent de créer des espaces de sacralité hiérarchisée. La limite, la séparation, la frontière est la mère de l’être, toujours. La peau est le premier organe reconnaissable dans l’ontogénèse des organismes multicellulaire, et ce n’est pas un hasard. Sans régulation entre lui et son environnement, un être ne peut organiser. Sans membranes internes, un organisme ne peut réguler son fonctionnement.
Après plusieurs décennies de fantasmes sur le « monde sans frontière », nous revenons, aujourd’hui, à ces vérités premières.
Pourquoi ? D’abord parce que l’économie hors sol est en train d’imploser, elle qui était, au fond, la tentative de matérialisation du fantasme « sans frontières ». Le hors sol était en effet le seul espace pouvant ignorer la frontière, puisque tout y est flux. Eh bien, c’est fini : la réduction de l’organique au systémique, via la confusion entre flux et échange, entre connexion et connivence, entre information et sens, vient de démontrer qu’elle ne pouvait durer. Le néant ne peut durablement mimer l’être.
Le contre-choc menace, même, d’aller au-delà de la réhabilitation de la frontière : il pourrait s’agir d’une épidémie de murs. Le réseau à la place de la cité, le flux à la place du site, tout cela finit par déstabiliser, par brutaliser les êtres humains – à qui l’on invente une habitation inhabitable. Du coup, l’envie de murs a progressé, au fur et à mesure que l’on empêchait la régulation par les frontières. L’ultra-local, voire le repli jusque dans la haine, dans la négation de l’altérité, finissent par apparaître obligatoirement, comme contre-pôle au « sans frontière » invivable. Repli sur l’identité raciale, sociale, culturelle, religieuse, idéologique : peu importe. Repli toujours, paniqué, d’un être humain qu’on a prétendu empêcher d’habiter dans un monde humain, donc limité, borné, encadré.
Quel remède ? D’abord comprendre qu’il faut donner, à chaque être, les moyens de s’évader de lui-même par le haut, à travers une auto-extériorité, quelque chose qui le produit dans un ordre supérieur pour le projeter vers une identité en destin. C’est ce qui fait que les êtres, individuels ou collectifs, peuvent s’accomplir à l’intérieur d’une frontière limitative : la limitation de l’expansion matérielle horizontale n’est rendue supportable que par l’ouverture d’une expansion symbolique verticale. Alors seulement, on dispose d’êtres prêts à vivre à l’intérieur des frontières, parce qu’ils pourront les respecter : le sacré sera vraiment sacré. Ce sont de tels êtres qui peuvent, ensuite, penser la frontière non comme un mur (à abattre pour s’étendre, à dresser pour se défendre), mais comme une peau, capable de respirer, donc d’organiser des échanges avec le milieu.
Bref, il faut faire exactement le contraire de ce que fait, par exemple, l’Union Européenne. L’UE, c’est la négation de l’évasion par le haut, le refus de fixer les frontières, la non-identité et le non-être. Et ce sera, au bout du compte, si on n’y prend pas garde, le retour des murs, partout, parce que les êtres vont se révolter contre un habitat inhabitable, contre une idéologie sans Idée, contre un espace sans limite donc sans protection, impérialiste donc informe, inorganique donc sur-administré, sans âme donc technicisé, machinal donc mort.
Pour éviter ce désastre, conclut Debray, nous n’avons pas aujourd’hui le droit de tracer des frontières : nous en avons le devoir.
Scientists now admit that emissions from aircraft are forming artificial clouds that block out the sun, precisely what geoengineering advocates like top eugenicist and White House science advisor John P. Holdren have called for, but the article tries to insinuate that the effect is caused by natural “vapours,” when in reality it can be attributed to chemtrails that contain substances harmful to humans.
“The phenomenon occurs when aircraft fly above 25,000ft, where the air temperature is around minus 30C. This causes water vapour emitted by the engines to crystallise and form the familiar white streaks across the sky, known as contrails,” writes Oliver Tree for the Daily Mail.
“Reading University’s Professor Keith Shine, an expert in clouds, said that those formed by aircraft fumes could linger ‘for hours’, depriving those areas under busy flight paths, such as London and the Home Counties, of summer sunshine.”
“Experts have warned that, as a result, the amount of sunlight hitting the ground could be reduced by as much as ten per cent. Professor Shine added: “Over the busiest areas in London and the South of England, this high-level cloud could cover the sky, turning bright sunshine into hazy conditions for the entire area. I expect the effects will get worse as the volume of air traffic increases.”
The report also makes reference to a 2009 Met Office study which found that high-level winds did not disperse contrails that later formed into clouds which covered an astonishing 20,000 miles.
Of course, this is no natural phenomenon as the article claims. Ten years ago, contrails from jet aircraft disappeared within minutes, yet apparently we are led to believe that the same substance is now causing the trails to linger for hours and form into clouds. This is impossible without something within the substance having been changed.
Mainstream science and academia has gone from dismissing chemtrails as a fantasy of paranoid conspiracy theorists to now accepting that they exist but claiming that they are natural and not artificially induced.
A recent report issued by the UK government also calls for the UN to exclusively regulate world wide geoengineering of the planet in order to stave off man made global warming.
Discussion of geoengineering technology is often framed as a future consideration, yet governments are already conducting such programs at an advanced stage.
The Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Program was created in 1989 with funding from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and is sponsored by the DOE’s Office of Science and managed by the Office of Biological and Environmental Research.
The DOE website states that, “The current focus of the program is aerosol radiative forcing of climate: aerosol formation and evolution and aerosol properties that affect direct and indirect influences on climate and climate change.”
U.S. government scientists are already bombarding the skies with the acid-rain causing pollutant sulphur dioxide in an attempt to fight global warming by “geo-engineering” the planet, despite the fact that injecting aerosols into the upper atmosphere carries with it a host of both known and unknown dangers.

The proposal to disperse sulphur dioxide in an attempt to reflect sunlight was discussed in a September 2008 London Guardian article entitled, Geoengineering: The radical ideas to combat global warming, in which Ken Caldeira, a leading climate scientist based at the Carnegie Institution in Stanford, California, promoted the idea of injecting the atmosphere with aerosols.
“One approach is to insert “scatterers” into the stratosphere,” states the article. “Caldeira cites an idea to deploy jumbo jets into the upper atmosphere and deposit clouds of tiny particles there, such as sulphur dioxide. Dispersing around 1m tonnes of sulphur dioxide per year across 10m square kilometres of the atmosphere would be enough to reflect away sufficient amounts of sunlight.”
Experiments similar to Caldeira’s proposal are already being carried out by U.S. government -backed scientists, such as those at the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Savannah River National Laboratory in Aiken, S.C, who last year began conducting studies which involved shooting huge amounts of particulate matter, in this case “porous-walled glass microspheres,” into the stratosphere.
The project is closely tied to an idea by Nobel Prize winner Paul Crutzen, who “proposed sending aircraft 747s to dump huge quantities of sulfur particles into the far-reaches of the stratosphere to cool down the atmosphere.”
Such programs merely scratch the surface of what is likely to be a gargantuan and overarching black-budget funded project to geo-engineer the planet, with little or no care for the unknown environmental consequences this could engender.
What is known about what happens when the environment is loaded with sulphur dioxide is bad enough, since the compound is the main component of acid rain, which according to the EPA “Causes acidification of lakes and streams and contributes to the damage of trees at high elevations (for example, red spruce trees above 2,000 feet) and many sensitive forest soils. In addition, acid rain accelerates the decay of building materials and paints, including irreplaceable buildings, statues, and sculptures that are part of our nation’s cultural heritage.”
The health effects of bombarding the skies with sulphur dioxide alone are enough to raise serious questions about whether such programs should even be allowed to proceed.

According to the LennTech website, “Laboratory tests with test animals have indicated that sulfur can cause serious vascular damage in veins of the brains, the heart and the kidneys. These tests have also indicated that certain forms of sulfur can cause foetal damage and congenital effects. Mothers can even carry sulfur poisoning over to their children through mother milk. Finally, sulfur can damage the internal enzyme systems of animals.”
Fred Singer, president of the Science Environmental Policy Project and a skeptic of man-made global warming theories, warns that the consequences of tinkering with the planet’s delicate eco-system could have far-reaching dangers.
“If you do this on a continuous basis, you would depress the ozone layer and cause all kinds of other problems that people would rather avoid,” said Singer.
Even Greenpeace’s chief UK scientist – a staunch advocate of the man-made global warming explanation – Doug Parr has slammed attempts to geo-engineer the planet as “outlandish” and “dangerous”.
Stephen Schneider of Stanford University, who recently proposed a bizarre plan to send spaceships into the upper atmosphere that would be used to block out the Sun, admits that geo-engineering could cause “conflicts between nations if geoengineering projects go wrong.”
Given all the immediate dangers associated with bombarding the atmosphere with sulphur dioxide, along with the unknown dangers of other geo-engineering projects, many people are concerned that “chemtrails” are a secret component of the same agenda to alter the Earth’s eco-system.
The fact that chemtrails are blocking out the sun, which is precisely what the geoengineering advocates call for, strongly indicates that they are an integral part of this dangerous and wide-reaching program.
This graphic proposes, “Spraying aluminum powder and barium oxide into high levels of the atmosphere, again delivered by aircraft, to increase planetary reflectance (albedo) and cloud cover.” High levels of barium have been found in substances associated with chemtrails.
Reports of chemtrails, jet plumes emitted from planes that hang in the air for hours and do not dissipate, often blanketing the sky in criss-cross patterns, have increased dramatically over the last 10 years. Many have speculated that they are part of a government program to alter climate, inoculate humans against certain pathogens, or even to toxify humans as part of a population reduction agenda.
In conducting Google searches, one finds discussion, such as this example, of using sulphur dioxide as a jet fuel additive to be dispersed over the world during routine commercial flights.
“I suggest that both the sulphur dioxide and the silica particles could be delivered into the stratosphere by dissolving an additive in jet aviation fuel,” writes engineer John Gorman, who has conducted experiments to test the feasibility of such a scenario.
“We would want to burn fuel containing the additive specifically when the aircraft was cruising in the lower stratosphere,” he adds.
In 2008, a KSLA news investigation found that a substance that fell to earth from a high altitude chemtrail contained high levels of Barium (6.8 ppm) and Lead (8.2 ppm) as well as trace amounts of other chemicals including arsenic, chromium, cadmium, selenium and silver. Of these, all but one are metals, some are toxic while several are rarely or never found in nature.
The newscast focuses on Barium, which its research shows is a “hallmark of chemtrails.” KSLA found Barium levels in its samples at 6.8 ppm or “more than six times the toxic level set by the EPA.” The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality confirmed that the high levels of Barium were “very unusual,” but commented that “proving the source was a whole other matter” in its discussion with KSLA.
KSLA also asked Mark Ryan, Director of the Poison Control Center, about the effects of Barium on the human body. Ryan commented that “short term exposure can lead to anything from stomach to chest pains and that long term exposure causes blood pressure problems.” The Poison Control Center further reported that long-term exposure, as with any harmful substance, would contribute to weakening the immune system, which many speculate is the purpose of such man-made chemical trails.
Indeed, barium oxide has cropped up repeatedly as a contaminant from suspected geoengineering experimentation.
KSLA also put aerosolized-chemical testing in its historical context, citing a voluminous number of unclassified tests exposed in 1977 Senate hearings. The tests included experimenting with biochemical compounds on the public. KSLA reports that “239 populated areas were contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969.”
One of the accepted truisms of scientific study is the fact that if scientists are proposing an idea, then those scientists with access to the bottomless pit of black-budget secret government funding are already doing it.
It is highly likely that chemtrails are merely one manifestation of “geo-engineering” that is taking place without proper debate, notification or any form of legality, and with a callous disregard for the potential dangers to both our health and our environment.
A TV news report from Germany available at YouTube (see video at left) confirmed that the German Military is manipulating the climate in Germany. As a result scientists have filed a lawsuit against the government for climate manipulation.
The video concludes, "We can state with a 97% certainty that we have on our hands chemical trails (chemtrails) comprised by fine dust containing polymers and metals, used to disrupt radar signals."
The purpose of chemtrails, which are well documented over the United State and other parts of the world, according to researchers, is to manipulate the weather. Karsten Brandt, German meteorologist states, "The Federal Army is Manipulating the Meteorological maps."
The disruption of radar signals is the main purpose theorizes Mr. Brandt in the interview. "I was surprised that this artificial cloud was so wide-spread. The radar images are stunning considering the needed tons of dispersed elements – although, the federal army claims that only small amounts of material were propagated. The military heads claim that the substances used are not harmful."
Johannes Remmel, German Green party representative states, "The government must provide explanations to the unsuspecting population." While radar is tracking suspicious aircraft, the Germany Military then uses counterfeit satellite imagery to hide their operations.
In Germany, weather manipulation is prohibited, and I would likewise believe that it is prohibited in the U.S. as well.
Since Chemtrails are so widespread, I would rule out the idea that this is just military performing operations to disrupt radar signals as part of some sort of drill.
The forefront of these operations in the United States appears to be the US Navy, as detailed in "Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism & Toxic Warfare," by Dr. Len Horowitz. Many government watchdogs claim global depopulation, the targeted reduction of the world’s population by two-thirds, is secretly the reason behind chemtrail spraying.
An alternative theory to explain Chemtrails, would be that a new weapon related to controlling the weather is being deployed. By creating droughts and thus famines, large populations could be easily controlled or eliminated. Other countries could be easily controlled and brought to their knees by a global power if the weather could be controlled or altered.
For a while I was confused between chemtrails, and contrails. Contrails are the exhaust of an air craft, it leaves a trail in the sky and the trail rapidly dissipates. With chemtrails, they initially look identical to contrails, but rather than the trail dissipating, the trail expands and then starts to look like a cloud. Over the Silicon Valley where I live, I daily witness these chemtrails starting and stopping from airplanes. In other words, the plane has control over the chemicals it is releasing. Also, I have noticed on some days the area is filled with a gray hazy muck, and the mountains almost disappear. This is highly unusual especially when just one day before, the mountains were totally clear.
Part of the undercurrents, at least in the United States, is the concept being marketing through radio, television and schools, that the earth is overpopulated. The idea of overpopulation, as the cause of our problems, was something that I had believed in for a time.
I believed in that idea until I realized the abundance of nature. Just seeing the amount of food produced by one healthy tree, and the millions of acres of unused land in central California, helped me understand Nature’s abundance.
The creator did not put humans on earth to suffer, to starve and to die. The creator of life gave us vast resources from which to be healthy. Humans are grossly misusing earth’s delicate resources, and thus we have created an experience of lack and deprivation. The lack we experience is not natural, but a reflection of our disconnection from the source of life.
Every action, thought, and feeling has a cause and an effect. Evil never will win, it cannot. But we all need to work together to bring more awareness to the dreaded reality – that our government seems bent on making this planet a military war zone.
